Advised a special needs school on the processes involved to implement a wholesale change to the terms and conditions of employment for their 2,500 employees, ensuring the smooth running of the consultation process, which included the involvement of trade unions, and resulting in two employment tribunal claims which were ultimately withdrawn by the employees.

I work with clients in a variety of sectors including HR advisers, professional services, insurance and construction. I also work with a range of other businesses, including entrepreneurs and owner-managed business.
Outside of Work
I am learning to play the piano. This is something I have always wanted to do, but have only recently started as an adult. I am also an active fund raiser for Arthritis Research UK, a charity which raises funding for research into all forms of arthritis, and a lover of good food and good wine.
