Daniel Stander - Solicitor

I provide advice to clients in respect of both contentious and non-contentious matters. My areas of experience include drafting and negotiating settlement agreements on behalf of individuals and acting for clients on a range of Employment Tribunal matters including but not limited to unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.

I also provide commercial advice to businesses on managing a full range of employee related issues, including the drafting of internal policies and procedures as well as employment contracts. I also advise on grievances, disciplinary matters and general day-to-day employment issues.

My approach is to work with my clients to explain the process clearly in a supportive and personable manner. I always look to provide tailored advice to meet my client’s needs.
I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
