I advise on employee exits, and negotiate settlement agreements on behalf of individuals. I also draft internal policies and procedures, as well as employment contracts.

Advising a company in respect of the disciplinary and subsequent termination of a senior employee which resulted in an agreed termination of their employment.
Advising a senior individual in the financial sector on the enforceability of restrictive covenants in the context of a team move.
Advising an individual in the legal sector on claims for constructive unfair dismissal and discrimination.
I advise client in a variety of sectors, including finance, education, media and health.
Outside of Work
I enjoy going to the gym and weekends at home in the Lake District.
