I advise businesses and senior individuals on employment law issues.
The support I give to businesses includes advice on: protecting the business, including enforcing post-termination restrictions; implementing redundancies and restructures; outsourcing and the implications of TUPE; and strategic removals of senior and board level individuals, including handling any employment claims. I also provide employment law training for HR and senior managers.
I advise senior individuals negotiating service agreements and settlement agreements. I also advise on strategy for negotiating an exit in difficult circumstances, including handling any employment claims.
My advice is focused on finding a pragmatic solution to my clients’ employment-related problems. I provide this advice in a clear and user-friendly way.
