I also assist with the firm’s business development activities, such as preparing legal updates and co-ordinating events.
I am currently studying the Legal Practice Course part time at the University of Law in Bloomsbury.
Assisting with the preparation of disclosure and hearing bundles for a High Court injunction.
Assisting with an EAT case in relation to the extension of time limits for unfair dismissal, unlawful deduction from wages, breach of contract and holiday pay claims brought against a designer clothing shop. This appeal was successfully dismissed.

Assisting with the drafting of a staff handbook, policies and employment contract for a charity which promotes education for young people.
